Here at Quest Weavers we want to create an engaging and safe space that is enjoyable for everyone at the table. By booking a session with us you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Rules of Conduct.

Treat everyone at the table with kindness and respect. Here at Quest Weavers we do not tolerate offensive, discriminatory, or abusive behaviour.

Quest Weavers is a safe and inclusive environment. To maintain this, we do not tolerate and harassment, discrimination or exclusion based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other personal attribute.

If you ever feel uncomfortable or unsafe during a session, inform your Game Master. We’re committed to hosting safe, fun environments and games.
Content Warnings
Let your Game Master know if there are any topics you want to avoid during your games. We aim to respect everyone’s boundaries and triggers.

Please abide by the rules set by your Game Master, they are in place to keep things fair and fun for everyone.
Stay in the Story
Crafting engaging games involves all members at the table, from the Game Masters to the players. We hope all players will engage with the game and contribute positively to the experience.
session participation
Be On Time
We ask our players to show up on time for their games. This contributes to the smooth running of the game, shows respect to the other players and the Game Masters. Punctuality will allow you to get the most out of your allocated time. If you do need to cancel or reschedule, please see our Cancellation Policy for further information.
Come Prepared
Bring what you need (character sheets, dice, etc.) so we can dive right into the adventure. (This element will be taken care of for you if you book a Learn to Play sessions).
If you have any concerns, questions, or need assistance, communicate openly with the Game Master or any of the team. Feedback is welcome to improve our sessions and systems.
